1 lb Extra lean ground beef (450g)
1 Ribs celery finely chopped
1 med Carrot finely chopped
1 tsp Italian Seasoning (5mL)
1 can No-salt added diced tomatoes (796mL)
1 med Onion finely chopped
1 carton Knorr® Homestyle Stock Beef
0.5 lb Spaghetti cooked and drained (225g)


1. In large nonstick skillet over med-high heat, brown beef with onion, celery and carrot, stirring often, for 10 min.
2. Reduce heat to med; stir in Italian seasoning, tomatoes and Knorr Homestyle Stock and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 15 min, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot spaghetti.

Recipe notes

Try with whole wheat spaghetti for extra fibre, vitamins and minerals.
