Deviled eggs are prepared with lemon juice, dry mustard and hollandaise sauce then drizzled with remaining hollandaise and garnished with crispy bacon bits.

8 Egg hard cooked, halved
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
0.5 tsp Dry Mustard Powder
1 pkg Knorr® Hollandaise Classic Sauce Mix prepared according to package directions
1 lb Asparagus
4 ozs Canadian Bacon finely chopped and cooked


  1. Remove egg yolks, reserving egg whites. Mash yolks with lemon juice, mustard powder and 1/3 cup (5 mL) prepared Knorr® Hollandaise Classic Sauce Mix.
  2. Spoon or pipe egg yolk mixture into egg whites. Arrange asparagus on serving platter, top with filled eggs.
  3. Drizzle with remaining Hollandaise sauce, then sprinkle with bacon.
