Fresh Apple Salad

|0.5 cup||Our Finest 0% Fat Free Greek Yogurt (125 ml)|
|2 tbsp||Honey (30 ml)|
|0.25 tsp||Ground Cinnamon (1 ml)|
|1.5 cups||Granny Smith Apples peeled and chopped (about 1 ½cups)|
|0.5 cup||Celery (125 ml) thinly sliced celery|
|0.25 cup||Toasted Walnuts (optional)|
|0.25 cup||Dried Cranberries (60 ml)|
|2 cups||Baby Spinach leaves (500 ml)|
- In a small bowl combine yogurt, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon (if using). Cover and refrigerate until ready to use; dressing can be made one day ahead.. )
- In a medium bowl combine apples, celery, cranberries and (if desired) walnuts. Add dressing, mixing gently until combined.
- Place spinach on 4 plates. Top evenly with apple salad
