0.5 cup Our Finest 0% Fat Free Greek Yogurt (125 ml)
2 tbsp Honey (30 ml)
0.25 tsp Ground Cinnamon (1 ml)
1.5 cups Granny Smith Apples peeled and chopped (about 1 ½cups)
0.5 cup Celery (125 ml) thinly sliced celery
0.25 cup Toasted Walnuts (optional)
0.25 cup Dried Cranberries (60 ml)
2 cups Baby Spinach leaves (500 ml)


  1. In a small bowl combine yogurt, honey, lemon juice and cinnamon (if using). Cover and refrigerate until ready to use; dressing can be made one day ahead.. )
  2. In a medium bowl combine apples, celery, cranberries and (if desired) walnuts. Add dressing, mixing gently until combined.
  3. Place spinach on 4 plates. Top evenly with apple salad
