Goat Cheese On Mixed Greens With Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing

|2 tbsp||Vegetable Oil 30 mL|
|8 ozs||Goat cheese 250 g, sliced into 2 cm rounds|
|1 cup||Hazelnuts 250 mL, finely chopped|
|0.5 cup||Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise 125 mL|
|2 tbsp||Lemon Juice 30 mL|
|1 tsp||Lemon peel 5 mL|
|2 tsp||Poppy Seeds 10 mL|
|0.5 tsp||Salt 2 mL|
|0.25 tsp||Pepper 1 mL|
|8 cups||Mixed salad greens 2 L, rinsed and dried|
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
- Working in batches, dredge each slice of goat cheese in flour, dip in beaten egg and coat with hazelnuts. Place cheese in hot oil and fry 1 minute per side. Drain on paper towels and keep warm in the oven on a plate.
- In a bowl, combine Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, poppy seeds, salt and pepper. Toss dressing with greens and top with warm goat cheese.
