Greek Pasta Salad

Cucumber and tomato get watery if they sit too long. Make salad a day or two ahead, prepare it without them. Then, stir these veggies in just before serving.

2 cups Spiral-shaped pasta
1 med Onion
1 lrg Tomato chopped
0.5 Cucumber seedless, chopped
1 med Red Bell Pepper seeded and chopped
0.75 cup Feta Cheese crumbled and light
0.5 cup Black Olives
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp Becel® Oil
2 Clove Garlic finely chopped
2 tbsp Fresh mint chopped (optional)
2 tbsp Fresh Basil chopped (optional)


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until almost tender. Drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.
  2. Toss cooked pasta with remaining ingredients in large serving bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature. Refrigerate up to 2 days.
