0.75 cup Plain dry bread crumbs 175 mL
2 tbsp Grated parmesan 30 mL
1 tbsp Lemon peel 15 mL
1 tbsp Becel® Buttery Taste margarine 15 mL, melted
2 tbsp Hellmann's® Half the Fat mayonnaise-type dressing 30 mL
1 tbsp Tarragon 15 mL, fresh, chopped
1 lb Halibut Filets Skin left on
2 tbsp Lemon Juice 30 mL


  1. Preheat grill on high for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-high. Mix bread crumbs, Parmesan, lemon peel, salt and pepper. Add margarine and toss to form a crumbly mixture. In another bowl, combine Hellmann's® ½ the Fat and tarragon.
  2. Spread each fillet with mayo mixture, then sprinkle with crumb mixture.
  3. Arrange fillets on BBQ skin-side-down. Lower lid and cook until fish flakes easily with fork and topping is nicely browned (about 10 to 12 minutes). Drizzle lemon juice over each fillet. Serve immediately.
