0.25 cup Becel® Light margarine
2 tsp Shallots finely chopped
2 tsp Tarragon finely chopped
2 tsp Fresh Parsley finely chopped
0.5 tsp Dijon Mustard
0.5 tsp Lemon Juice
0.25 tsp Garlic crushed
4 Salmon Fillet halibut fillets or sea bass, (about 6 oz/175 g ea.)


  1. Combine Becel® Light margarine, shallots, tarragon, parsley, mustard, lemon juice and garlic in small bowl. Store covered in refrigerator until ready to use.
  2. Grill or broil halibut, turning once, until fish flakes with a fork, about 10 minutes. Spread about 3 tsp (15 mL) herb mixture over each fillet.
