1 lb Carrot peeled and sliced diagonally
1 tbsp Becel® Original margarine or Becel® Light margarine
2 tsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Fresh Parsley chopped (optional)


  1. Place carrots in medium saucepan and add just enough water to cover. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and cook over medium heat until carrots are crisp-tender, about 6 minutes.
  2. Drain carrots, then return to saucepan. Add Becel® Original margarine, maple syrup and mustard; heat through. Garnish with parsley.
