4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
0.5 tsp Salt
Black Pepper pinch
4 tsp Olive Oil
1 Zucchini coarsely chopped
Cherry Tomatoes or grape tomatoes, halved
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Dried oregano leaves
3 Garlic cloves, minced


  1. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium. Sprin- kle chicken with salt.
  2. Season with black pepper. Add oil to pan, then add chicken.
  3. Cook chicken until golden, 3 min per side. Scatter zucchini and tomatoes around chicken. Sprinkle with paprika and oregano.
  4. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, turning chicken halfway through, until it feels springy when pressed, 8 to 10 more min.
  5. Add garlic during the last 5 min of cooking.
