Mexican Chicken & Lime Soup

|2 tsp||Becel® Oil|
|1 med||Onion chopped|
|2||Clove Garlic finely chopped|
|6 cups||Chicken stock reduced sodium|
|1 lb||Boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1.25 cm pieces|
|1 med||Tomato seeded and finely chopped|
|0.5 cup||Avocado chopped and ripe|
|0.25 cup||Cilantro coarsely chopped|
|2 tbsp||Lime Juice|
|0.5 ml||Hot Sauce or to taste|
- Heat Becel® Oil in large saucepan over medium-low heat and cook onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender, about 3 minutes. Add stock and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low, then stir in chicken. Simmer, partially covered, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in remaining ingredients just before serving
