4 Garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
0.5 tsp Cayenne pepper
0.5 tsp Salt
2 tsp Canola Oil
2 Steaks


  1. Stir garlic cloves with balsamic vinegar, cayenne pepper and salt. Rub on both sides of 2 steaks.
  2. Cook using canola oil in a large frying pan over medium-high, 1 minute.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Cook to desired doneness (3 to 4 min per side for medium-rare)
  4. Let rest, covered, 5 minutes.
  5. Cut into ½-in.-thick slices.
  6. Drizzle pan juices over steaks
