450 g Fusilli
4 tsp Olive Oil
6 cloves garlic clove, minced
2 cups Green Onions Large Green
6 cups Spinach chopped
398 ml Artichoke hearts Drained and chopped
2 cups Vegetable Broth sodium reduced
2 cups Parmesan cheese
250 g Cream Cheese brick, softened
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
0.5 tsp Chilli Flakes
0.5 cup Panko breadcrumbs


  1. Preheat oven to 500 F. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water, following package directions but omitting salt, until just barely tender, 6 to 8 min.
  2. Heat a very large frying pan over medium-high. Add oil, then garlic and onions. Cook for 1 min. Stir in spinach and artichokes. Cook until spinach starts to wilt, 2 min. Stir in broth, parmesan, cream cheese, lemon juice and pepper flakes. Stir until cheese is melted, then add pasta. Transfer to a 9 x 13-in. baking dish. Sprinkle panko overtop. Bake in centre of oven until topping is golden, about 5 min.
