Portobello Mushroom Pitas

|0.5 cup||Hellmann’s® with Olive Oil ½ the Fat mayonnaise-type dressing 125 mL|
|0.25 cup||Grated parmesan 50 mL|
|2 tbsp||Basil leaves 30 mL|
|1||Clove Garlic Finely chopped|
|0.25 tsp||Great Value Iodized Table Salt 1 mL|
|4||Portobello mushroom caps About 3/4 lb/375 g|
|2||Red Onion Cut into 1/4-inch (6 mm) thick rounds|
|1||Fresh tomato thinly sliced|
- Mix Hellmann's® Olive Oil ½ the Fat, cheese, basil, garlic and salt. Set aside. Season mushroom caps and onions with salt and ground black pepper.
- Grill mushroom caps and onions 8 minutes or until tender, turning once.
- Arrange pita breads on serving plates. Evenly spread with 1/2 of the dressing mixture, then top with lettuce, mushroom caps, tomato, grilled onions and remaining dressing mixture.
