1 pkg Knorr® Homestyle Stock Chicken
1 sml Onion chopped
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic
2 tsp Fresh rosemary leaves
1 Pinch Ground Black Pepper
4 med All purpose potatoes (about 2 lbs./1 kg), cut into 2cm-chunks


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Combine Knorr® Homestyle Stock Chicken and all other ingredients except potatoes in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat.
  3. Turn into (33 x 23-cm) roasting pan. Roast, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and golden, about 50 minutes.
