2 cups Flat leaf parsley 500 mL
2 tbsp Green Onions 30 mL
1 clove Clove Garlic peeled
0.5 cup Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise 125 mL
2 tbsp White vinegar 30 mL
0.13 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes 0.5 mL
1.5 lbs Top Sirloin Steak 750 g, trimmed of fat


  1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Process or blend parsley, onion and garlic for 30 seconds or until evenly chopped. Add Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise, vinegar and red pepper flakes. Continue processing until blended. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Season steak with salt and ground black pepper. Grill on medium-high heat for 3 minutes per side for medium.
  3. Let steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice. Serve with sauce.
