4 tsp Becel® Light margarine
1 tbsp Green Onions finely chopped
1 tsp Orange peel finely grated
0.5 tsp Ginger finely grated
0.5 tsp Cayenne pepper sauce or Asian chilli sauce
1 Clove Garlic finely chopped
4 cups Assorted fresh vegetables (baby bok choy, broccoli, onion, snow peas, bell pepper and/or carrots)


  1. Combine Becel® Light margarine with all ingredients except vegetables in large bowl. Add vegetables and toss to coat.
  2. Heat large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat and cook vegetable mixture, stirring frequently, until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
