2 slices Dempster’s® Whole Grains 12 Grain bread
4 tbsp Light cream cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme, chives, basil or herbs of your choice)
6 slices fresh avocado
4 tbsp assorted sprouts (arugula, radish, green onion, alfalfa or sprouts of your choice)
Cracked Black Pepper to taste


1.      Chop fresh herbs finely and combine with light cream cheese. 
2.      Place two slices of Dempster’s® Whole Grains 12 Grain bread on a cutting board, spreading each slice evenly with the cream cheese mixture. 
3.      Peel and slice avocado and place three slices on each sandwich; then top with fresh sprouts and cracked black pepper.

Tip: Substitute Dempster’s® Whole Grains 12 Grains bread with any one of the Dempster’s 100% Whole Grains varieties.
