6 POM Ultra Moist Hamburger Buns
1.25 lbs Cooked salmon
6 slices Smoked salmon
2 Egg
0.67 cup Seasoned breadcrumbs 150 mL
0.5 cup Cream Cheese
12 Tomato slices
0.5 Red Onion small, sliced into rings


  1. Preheat grill to medium heat; grease grate well. Mix salmon with smoked salmon, eggs and breadcrumbs until combined. Divide into 6 balls. Shape into 1-inch (2.5 cm) patties.
  2. Grill patties for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until grill-marked and heated through. Meanwhile, grill buns for 1 minute or until toasted.
  3. Assemble burgers in toasted buns with cream cheese, tomato slices and onion slices.
If serving for less people, divide accordingly.

Recipe notes

Tip: Add cucumber slices and top with capers too, if desired.
