75 g Mushrooms
75 g Baby Corn
100 g Asparagus tips, halved
1 Green Bell Pepper thickly sliced
1 Red Peppers thickly sliced
1 Cauliflower stalk removed and cut into florets
Naan made into breadcrumbs (or store bought breadcrumbs)
1 jar Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce (Balti)
1 tbsp Cilantro for garnish


  1. In a large baking dish add all the vegetables and mix together.
  2. Pour over the Patak's Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce and stir well.
  3. Sprinkle over naan breadcrumbs. (Can use any breadcrumbs if you don't have Naan)
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200∞C / 400∞F / for 40-45 minutes.
  5. If the breadcrumbs start browning too quickly place a piece of foil on top.
  6. Serve piping hot and bubbling, garnished with cilantro.
