Great as a single monitor, not as a dual monitor

I hate that I have to use DisplayLink to use both of my monitors at the same time for computer use. And it's disappointing that they both can't stay at 120+ hz. As a single monitor, it works great and the 2k resolution with ~140 hz looks great.

Dear Redpanda, We do understand your disappointment with the product and the inconvenience this may have caused if you need to use DisplayLink to used both monitors. You don't need to use a DisplayLink to setup dual monitor using two identical model. You can connect the first monitor to a DisplayPort and the other monitor to the HDMI port if the PC has multiple monitor ports. The refresh rate will stay at 120+Hz on both monitors, as long as the GPU on the PC meets the system requirements of the monitor. If it does meet requirements, please check if the PC is running with the most current graphics driver.
