I use these liners daily and the recent change in design is a terrible one. The pad is no longer flat and absorbent, instead the filling bunches up in the middle and becomes uncomfortable throughout the day. There seem to be quite a few who are unhappy with this change. Bring back the old design or I'll have to try and find a different brand.

I've tried a lot of different products to help with my bladder problem. Most of them worked but each were either bulky and uncomfortable or wouldn't stay in place. Poise was so comfortable I never knew I was wearing them. I even had to check to see if they were still in place because I couldn't feel them. To my surprise they stayed in place and were very absorbent. I wear one every day and can feel free and comfortable from any embarrassment leakage.

These were great! I'm younger but I recently had my 3rd child and I needed something to wear more regular for leakage. I just tried these for the first time and they are comfortable and I can wear them with my regular clothing without anyone else seeing them. Hopefully this passes but in the meantime these fit my needs perfectly.

One they are good quality and they are bigger then most liners. You could use these affordable light days. Honestly, that's how full proof they are. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These feel a bit hard and start to get bunched in panties within just an hour or so. Looks like they are made of a cheaper line of diaper material, to give you an idea how they feel. That being said, they do work better than pads and do what they are supposed to. I'll keep looking at other products to see if I can find something softer that doesn't bunch.
