I really didn't notice too much of a difference in my hair. I wish that it really gave it more moisture and help at my ends.

The Pantene intense rescue shots really help revive my dry color treated hair. They make it soft and smell nice.

I love the hydration that it brings to my hair I only use it on the tips of my hair because it tends to be a bit oily
