I couldn't be happier with my trellis. Very stylish and sturdy construction. I smile every time see it beside my kitchen door with mandevilla vining. It's beautiful.

We have a block wall that's rather ugly and we're too close to the neighbor due to small lot size in California. After we had to have a tree cut down because of pipe problems, there was that ugly wall. We planted two climbing vines and really wanted an arbor, but city code prohibited that. So, we shopped for and found this wonderful vinyl trellis. It is really stunning and extends up beyond the block wall -- perfect for the two vines to climb up and hopefully hide the view of the neighbor's backyard. The assembly required to affix it to the block wall necessitated my husband (an engineer) to put in two pieces of lumber to attach to the block wall and then to attach the trellis to the lumber. That was because the trellis (where it has to be attached through the pre-drilled holes) is taller than the block wall. Now it is all good and a real improvement to our yard.

I love these trellises. This is the second home that I've used them on. I get so many compliments from my neighbor neighbors.

I live this trellis! 
I am using it for a climbing rose and although I had to use it over my porch railing, it still looks lovely (and the porch rails give the trellis the support it really needs!) that is why I gave trellis only 4 stars!

Pretty trellis!

You need to place bricks or rocks on one side of this trellis while putting it together so the slats don't keep slipping out. Be sure you line up slats  in order to height. One side slat has holes on one side- that goes on the bottom. This was ideal for blocking my view of neighbors pool. Once my honeysuckle vine grows, it will be great. I am not giving 5 stars because directions were useless, you have to figure it out yourself.

Great!

It went together ok. We bought fence posts thinking we could slide the ends of the trellis over the fence posts for extra stability. Not possible. We ended up zip tying the trellis to the fence posts which has worked well. Most disappointing if that just a few months in the trellis is sagging in the center. Next year when the clematis cover the entire thing I am worried it will sag even more from all the weight. Definitely expected better for the price of these.

Upgrade to something more sturdy

had to go burchas the screws since they didnt send them. cost 26 additional dollars. really disappointed since the product itself was so expensive. also you will need to purchase glue
