Ease Of Use

I just thought I loved the smaller Digital Pressure Canner.   I may only get it out for emergencies now.   The 23 Quart Digital Pressure Canner will process more at one time, but the best feature is how light it is.   It is noticeably less heavy than the smaller version.   It also heats up hotter on the "Jar Warm" feature than the other one.    I think this is the best purchase I have made since buying the first one.   It is making food preservation so much easier.  The best advice I can give is to just GET IT!!  You won't be sorry.

A Must Have for Canning!

This is a massive piece of equipment, but it did not disappoint. The screen prompts you through all of the steps to pressure canning, and keeps your kitchen cooler than using the stove. I could not believe how much this streamlined my process! 

It sat in our kitchen table for over a week, and knowing how easy it was to get food prepped an in the canner? It encouraged me to do one more batch…and pretty soon our pantry was fuller than it has been in years! The folks at our local farm stand saw me every few days taking advantage of the inexpensive and super fresh produce that we will enjoy all winter long. 

It's a large piece of equipment, so storing it is going to take some rearranging, but that is an easy challenge to accept. My only regret is not buying it sooner.

This is a Beautiful Beast!

I love this product.  The price was a little off putting but well worth it.  The digital canners are game changers. I have only used it once but will be using it multiple times this week.  I am able to run one canner instead of two and frees up counter space.

Game changer

Having been a user of the smaller 12 quart for a little over a year, I was really happy to buy the 23 quart as soon as I saw its launch. After several uses, both for pressure canning and boiling water canning, I find it a lot better than the smaller one for several reasons.  First is its weight, it is so much easier to get from cupboard to worktop now.  The lid no longer has the locking handle, which I have almost broken more than once on the other machine, forgetting it before trying to twist off the lid.  The only thing I don't like as much is that there is no removable pot for easy emptying and cleaning.  Other than that it works just like the other one, making canning a joy.

The new 23 quart Presto Precise is a delight!

I used a stovetop canner for years. Bought the 12 qt electric digital canner. The NEW 23 qt electric is the best of both worlds!!!

Finally!

This product is so easy to use! I get a perfect seal every time and I don't have issues with things coming to temp at the wrong time. This has been much safer than canning on my stove top

I have only water-bathed my goods, was afraid to pressure can. This machine does both & it is effortless!!

Definitely worth the price

it has made the process very simple and i like that, would  recommend that when the boiling water bath is used , if you put an spout on the outside to drain the water out because lifting and tilting it to pour the water out  makes it harder to do.
