I gave it 4 stars as product was damaged upon arrival.  But replacement was sent and also arrived quickly.  Wheel are hard to put on at first.  Once everything was done I was very happy with the product and can see that it will be it will be used for a long time.  Great and fast service from customer service.

I only gave these carts 3 stars because 2 out of the 6 drawer were cracked and not useable.  To the company's credit, I wrote and asked for replacement drawers, and I was sent an entire new 3-drawer unit immediately.  When we went to assemble the new cart, 3 of the wheels broke off (they are very, very difficult to seat).  I am currently waiting for the replacement wheels, which are on the way.  The company is very pleasant to work with.

One of the files had 2 broken drawers so will be returning it to a store.

Cheaply made.

I ordered these because I had gotten one from Menards for $12.00 that I really liked. I wanted it just a little bigger. This was the only one that was bigger without being too big.  Was willing to pay the outrageous price to get what I wanted. And thought it would be a better quality. But when I opened the box I could see these were even smaller then the one I had and they are horribly warped.  Very Disappointed. Will be returning them.

Don't waste your money!

Not happy

These are made very cheaply. However, if you look for videos on you tube, you can find different ways to decorate these so they don't appear so chintzy. 
For the life of me, i cannot get the wheels to click into place! The instructions are simple, but it just shows images without text. 
I actually just tried it again and i had them upside down and pushed with all of my might and lo and behold it clicked into place!! I DO, however have DEEP indentations on the palm of my hand! What i did was put on heavy duty rubber gloves and then did the other three. I think that i'll have a bruise on my palm tomorrow. THAT is how hard i had to push down on the wheels!!!
I would recommend buying a better quality drawer/s.
