[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is definitely an upgrade to my older Lazy Susan.  My biggest complaint is the directions are ok, but could be clearer on using the template.  Also, the two shelves are not identical in size.  One was slightly larger than the other.  The mechanism is relatively straightforward to install once you have the brackets in place.

I remember her Lazy Susan and me putting my Barbies on them and spinning them around and having so much fun with it. As an adult, I wanted desperately to have the same organization that she had and getting this product allowed me to make my modern kitchen a space saver and organizing system. It was super easy to put together and it is definitely well-made. I know well stand up to a lot of wear and tear.

Before I had it neat and lined up but to get something from the back of the cabinet was a headache. Now that I have the rotating shelves under there it has been so much easier to get what I need and not have to move twenty things out of the way first. It was very easy to install so if your not a handy perfect it's fine.

Replacement

This was needed to replace an existing lazy susan set that had a cracked shelf.  Like other reviewers have stated the instructions could definitely use some improvements but since I was replacing an existing unit it was pretty easy to figure out.  Using the available adjustments I was able to get everything to fit perfectly.  This shelf spins much easier/faster than the old one since the detent spring doesn't constantly contact the plastic spool at the top like the old shelf did - this is kind of a good and bad thing.  It's good because the shelf spins much easier and faster; it's bad because it's more difficult to get the door to stop in the closed position.   Definitely not a deal breaker, still very happy with the product.

We know the quality that we should expect and the associated reliability. Installation is easy and the provided instructions manual prepare you well. Took me less than a half hour or so to get the main shaft installed. The trays go on after that and they are just a couple of screw turns each. We put this under the kitchen sink where space was limited and needs were a lot more than available space. While the instruction indicate that it can hold over 68 pounds, we did not have a need for that much weight. Our needs were more quantity than weight and it solved the problem for us. We are sure it will last a long time.

Problem solved with Rev-A-Shelf Lazy Susan

I have had good experiences with rev a shelf in the past.  I m hoping this pie cut susan preforms well.  Once l figured out the installation it did take 15 mins to install , but to mount door faces took hours
