Although I would love to give this 5 stars I cannot - the safety portion of the ladder - the part that prevents anyone from getting behind the ladder is great....... but it constantly pops apart and I have to spend way to much time monitoring it and snapping it back together.

Perfect safety item for the youngsters, but...

The ladder is nice and works great for what we needed for our 15 ft pool. 
Not all the steps were in the directions, which made us have to redo a couple of steps over again to get it right.

Hard Pass on this - it came today and when you climb up it it sways back and forth. Not safe at all. Someone is going to break their next on this thing. Will be returning.

Horrible ladder.

this ladder is awful really really shaky I only Goto step below platform an it tipped sideways this is very unsafe and really surprised walmart is selling this . it has lawsuit written all over it if I could give less than one star I would avoid this product at all costs for sake of your friends and family who may want to use your pool avoid like the plague ...I found YouTube video of another person who states same that product is very unsteady

I do not feel safe using this ladder at all I think the design is too up and down. It would be alot better if it had more of a A frame design it's very wobbly. I have to get my husband to hold on to it because I'm afraid it will fall with me. I'm Looking for a different ladder right now :(

As others have mentioned, this ladder is very wobbly. We had to put 2 large posts on each side to help with stability and I am still not comfortable using it. I should have read the reviews, but I was in a hurry and didn't notice them.  The instruction booklet was also of very little help.  It took two entire afternoons to put this together. I wouldn't recommend this ladder to anyone. It certainly wasn't worth the cost.
