Oh my gosh, these are amazing!!! I was looking for something to filter out some of the sounds my kids have been making on the floor during shelter in place and to hopefully avoid the downstairs neighbors pounding the broom against their ceiling and screaming at us to keep it down every 10 minutes. I ordered the 1" thick grey mats (72sq ft) on June 26th with an estimated delivery date of August 20th. I took the plunge and decided to wait. Well, they arrived today, July 2nd, a mere 5 days later!!! And they are amazing! Great quality, true to the 1" thickness claim, all the same shade of grey, and reversible which makes installation a breeze!!! Each square comes with two edge pieces so you have more than enough for any configuration. I laid out the mats on top of our rug at first and then decided to sandwich them under the rug so our living room was a bit more aesthetically pleasing. 18 was just enough to cover the majority of our living room and it totally helps with the sound of running feet and crashing toys! They did have a strong odor upon opening but that's pretty standard for foam mats and it did dissipate fairly quickly. Overall, this was more than worth it for the low price! Seriously considering buying another set.

Go together easily and stayed together well rolling this heavy elliptical onto them! Planning to add the rest to an area for yoga/ stretching and weights. Quality, solid flooring.

Cushy, functional, and easy to assemble

I love the fact that the edges are removable so you can rearrange your workout space according to your specific workout/ workout area. The packaging was sealed tight, they're nice and clean. The material is a solid foam, I would say they're the perfect combo of soft and firm. The material is great because I love to wipe down / clean my area after working out. I could use a Clorox wipe on this material no problem. Even a damp cloth. They come in 4 packs of 6. And they cover a massive space. Just one pack is more than enough for one person to workout on. But these mats are going to transform my workout space I'm making in my garage. I'm beyond happy with this product.

The mat tiles fit together easily and are sturdy enough that they don't come apart during workouts. There's a decent amount of padding so you really are protected from the hard floor. They're also big so they go a long way! Overall impressed and would recommend!

Solid exercise mats!

They feet great on the feet in body perfect for working out if stretching. The times come with adjustable borders so you can make the tiles in any arrangement you like. They have a water resistant top layer making them easy to wipe down and clean. These tiles fold up fast and easy for storage and assemble fast for activities. These tiles will definitely get some good use!

Durable,soft and easy

Nice mats

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These tiles are easy to assemble and work well. The foam is thick and comfortable, but doesn't make exercise feel unstable. They worked very well on a polished concrete floor.

Nice tiles!

These are pretty hard to totally interlock - I have one area that has a bulge I cannot figure out how to remove. More importantly, the material is REALLY hard. On a scale from hardness to softness from 1-10, this is a 3. There's barely any give. It's like having a foam tile on a hard floor. I can do crunches and pushups without agony in my back which I suspect is good but it's not a premium experience. You get what you pay for and it happens to be the best value.

I was surprised in reading all these reviews that no one else had this issue. And perhaps the reason why is that everyone else has never been to a gym with a tatami mat that has a lot of give but lets you still do a lot of workouts without the discomfort. I realize that's what I wanted. I wish I knew about those earlier. I was hoping these foam mats would give me the same experience. 

Do I recommend this item? Not for my purposes, but it looks like I'm in the minority, so I'm going to suggest that you get it if this is what you're looking for.
