Smoked an 18 lb brisket on my Traeger smoker for Thanksgiving. 13 hour total cook time. Brisket was perfect, great bark, tenderness and flavor. My family loved. No issues with the wood pellets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just a few pieces goes a long way with these pellets. Not knowing better. I had my grandson pour the pellets into an aluminum pan about 1/4 inch deep. We fired up the Kingsfords charcoal and sit the pan on top of the hot coals. About 5 minutes later, they started to burn and smoke. We pull the top pan off thinking it would help reduce the amount of smoke, but it just continued to grow and grow more smoke. My grandson tried to get the burgers off the grill but came out coughing. I tried to get to the burgers and almost psses out. 
My youngest son came out and was able to get the pan of pellets out. The smoke was so intense, that the local police department thought my house was on fire. 
When used properly, they will add a level of smoke flavoring desired. I am definitely going to be using them in my smoker and grill. GREAT PRODUCT.

Smokey Deluxe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this bourbon maple flavor! We used it to smoke a pork butt and the flavor on the pork was absolutely incredible! It's the best pork butt we've ever BBQed. Can't wait to use this blend for our next smoke- maybe lamb or brisket!

AMAZING Bourbon Maple Flavor

First time using this brand and flavor for our Thanksgiving turkey and got a good, rich flavor from it.

Absolutely love these wood chips, great flavor on what you are smoking and this large bag last a while!

We smoke a lot of meat with this. It is delicious smoked into the meat. I will buy it everytime I see it.

Bad did not contain a lot of dust. Burned well with no outrageous temp swings. While cooking the aroma of real wood burning filled the backyard. And my ribs came out with an awesome smoky flavor. I'm not a fanboy of any brand, but these have never disappointed.

The pellets burned great, providing a nice sweet flavor to the meat and a nice smoke ring on the Ribs.

They don't smoke very much I like the smoky taste in the food I smoke and this just doesn't smoke like I wanted it to. Now the Traeger pellets smoke a lot better a little bit more money but a lot more flavor and smoke taste with the Traeger pellets
