It's big, the wood is the best I've ever had in a cutting board, it's easy to clean and it just looks beautiful in my kitchen. It's perfect for cutting up my briskets.  I highly recommend this product.

You pretreat the board with the “special” conditioner to seal it and make it easier to clean and sanitize. The wood is beautiful and the edge has a groove to collect all of the liquid from whatever you are chopping. This is the absolute best cutting board I have ever owned- or have ever seen before!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a Boos Block to use for a cutting board, but it's such a beautiful place to display on my counter. It's perfect to use as a charcuterie board for holidays or as a cheese & fruit board for wine night with my girlfriends.  
It's a must to purchase the care and maintenance kit along with the block. There are easy instructions inside the box.  My husband treated the Boos block before use and it added protection from moisture and preserved the wood before first use.  We are looking forward to passing it down to the next generation.

So please read all instructions and on how to properly clean and care for it. I love the fact that It has a whole dedicated section for juices from your meat more specifically auju. so nice and it is not as heavy as I thought it might be. I am now excited to use it for all my steak nights.

This Maple cutting board that I received is amazing. It has little slots in the sides of it for your fingers so you can carry it around because it is very heavy. You can use both sides. One side is the juice side so it has a little moat around it. So all of your juices will fall into it instead of all over your counter. Or you can flip it over and have the smooth cutting board side. I'm a mess so I prefer the juice groove side LOL. And speaking of Messi, this cutting board is so easy to clean up. You just wipe it off and put it back I love this cutting board and I am so looking forward to having many years with it. I highly recommend this. It is almost a piece of art in my kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this cutting board! First of all, despite seeing the dimensions, I was still not expecting it to be so big! I have a little apartment sized stove, and it covers almost the entire top. I have only used it for cutting vegetables so far because I still want to oil it, so I don't want to stain it, but it is a dream to use. Not to mention that it is absolutely gorgeous. I was shocked when I opened the package. I just love it!
