I got tired of replacing the screen in the door all of the time so this is perfect! This gate is very secure and easy to install. My grandson can't open it but it is easy for an adult to open with one hand.

It also has an extension piece that can add 3.5 inches if your doorway is larger. I would not use at top of stairs. But great to contain kids out of rooms. I recommend. Easy to walk through as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you first open it you will see a gap but the gap will go away when you have it installed correctly! I love the fact that it has a swing door so you don't have to step over it like other baby gates. It is very easy to install!

Although we don't let our toddler lean on the gate for obvious reasons, it does feel sturdy and like it would hold for awhile even if she leaned on it.  Set up is easy, and the door opens and shuts nicely.It has a simple look that blends in.  This gate does the job!

The latching mechanism is great and is secure so don't have to worry about it getting easily pushed open on accident.  The look and color is pretty basic and nothing fancy, but for the price can't really complain.  Would recommend to any person needing to baby proof an area or to even use to keep pets out.

The issue I had with the gate is that it took a very long time to find the correct placement in my home to use the gate so that it would close and latch.
