I would recommend this smoker to any one looking for a great smoker.
The Ribs I made turned out to be by far the best Rib I have ever had. I'm looking forward to do Prim rib, turkey, Chickenm and brisket.

What I love about the competition blend is that it works with everything. I use it with confidence on chicken, pork, venison, elk, salmon, and beef.

Best Pellets I've used!

I have been using the Competition Blend pellets since I got the grill, about 6 months.  Really like them they seem to work with almost everything.  Wasn't sure about what kind of pellets to chose, so I went with what looked like an all-around thing.

A Lucky Guess

Camp Chef Charwood Cherry pellets are a unique blend between the wood and charcoal, there is a distinct charcoal taste along with the cherry. A good alternative to just the regular wood pellets. We started with the "other" brand but have found Camp Chef pellets to be of a good quality and value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Camp Chef brand pellets, almost exclusively, for 4 years.  They are always fresh, dry, and produce excellent smoke.  If you want the best result, use the best pellets.

I always order my hardwood pellets from Camp Chef.  I really like the competition blend and the apple.  I get great smoke and awesome flavor on the foods I cook on my Camp Chef smoker.  And the pellets are priced right!

Great Hardwood Pellets

I've been using apple pellets for all my pork.  I'm still learning my way around my Woodwind, and pellet cookers generally.  I'm waiting for the opportunity to do pulled pork, or ribs, so that I can really go whole hog (pun intended) with using my WW and the apple pellets.  If/when I get to that point, I'll give an updated review, if warranted.

Apple Flavor

don't buy this product or any other they produce unless you want to unjamb your auger every 10 minutes.  Some pellets are 1 1/2 to 2 inches long.    I threw away 2 bags which was 35.00 or more because of it.   If you still buy it be prepared to be in a very poor mood
