The beautiful wood grain blades and bronze metal light covers were just what I was looking for in one of our bedrooms. Great quality and packaged so that no chance of damage to any of the fan. Easy to follow instructions for installation. Can easily go with any Decor in any room but for me I wanted that more rustic modern look which it provided in the Decor of my bedroom. Fan can be changed so the airflow can go from winter to summer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fan was pretty easy to install following the instructions, definitely was easier with two people there to install. The look of this fan is what I'd call modern rustic, the barn wood style blades with the industrial lights it's a beautiful look and goes with my home very well! The fan is quiet and puts out good air flow and has reversible motor so it can pull air up or down depending on season, plus the light is dimmable and does put out good lighting!

The blades spin very nicely and the lights, light up very nicely. The design is very elegant and modern looking. I would highly recommend!

Nice Ceiling Fan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our own ceiling fan with this one and could not be happier. The instructions were spot on and easy to follow. We installed ours without the extended bar as our ceiling is a little low. The blades can be flipped to have a dark side showing. We prefer the lighter side. It took less than thirty minutes to completely install it. We love the amount of light it gives off. Entire living room is lite right up. The caged look over the lights is beautiful. When the fan is on it is so quite, even on high. There is absolutely nothing we could say is a con with this fan. We have had so many compliments from friends and family about how beautiful it makes the room look.

Gorgeous

Several Problems:

1) Manual stipulates you must use 2-inch %2310 screws for attaching the fan's mounting bracket to the ceiling fan outlet box ***BUT*** they don't include them and instead tell you to use the ones provided with the outlet box. Yet the one's in my fan outlet box (which came with the house) are 1.5 inch screws. So, apparently they require longer screws than are typical yet don't provide them. That is absurd... JUST INCLUDE 2 SCREWS which probably cost you less than a penny since you'd be buying them by the thousands! Also, what if the buyer's outlet is missing the screws, they've gotten bent, etc. It's just ridiculous to not include the two most fundamental screws literally required to screw the fan into the ceiling!!! 
2) Fan was missing the light bulbs that it's advertised to include. Now, with this the factory couldn't even make the excuse (like they did with the screws) that they don't include them. The bulbs are clearly advertised as included. But when someone from the factory FINALLY got back to me (after multiple phone calls/emails) they refused to send the bulbs saying they won't send replacement bulbs because they don't manufacture them What?!?! That's one of the most outrageous attempts to avoid responsbility I've ever heard and completel unacceptable. Literally millions of products are built out of parts manufactured by several different companies and then assembled together. In fact, there are very few products anymore where just one company makes every single part. Yet this fan company refused to send replacements bulbs using the nonsense excuse that they won't send them because they don't make them. It's like a automobile manufacturer trying to tell you: Sorry your new car was mistakenly missing brakes but we don't personally manufacture the brakes so we won't replace them. 
3) Lastly, since I didn't realize the bulbs were missing until after I'd already installed the the main portion of the fan (after having to get the longer mounting screws they require but don't provide) I can also confirm that the motor makes a weird scuffing noise. It's coming from inside the motor itself so it's impossible to know exactly what's causing it but, it sounds to me like maybe some internal wires or other component is slightly touching the rotating portion of the motor and therefore causing this noise that it shouldn't be making.

In closing, bad product quality   bad product support = a very bad experience. I will be returning this ceiling fan and I would strongly recommend anyone else avoid this brand and save yourself a whole lot of wasted time and aggravation!
