This is a very functional unit.  The only thing we did not like is that one of the edges is slightly flawed.  It looks like something was stuck or embedded into it and cannot be cleaned so that it can be shiny like the other edge.  Otherwise this is a great addition to our kitchen appliances.  Reasonable priced and works very well.

What I dislike about non-stick coating on pans and griddle is that they do not actually BROWN things like pancakes - which is what i bought this griddle to do..  It is a spotty kind of browning that you get.  The cord attachment is in an awkward spot - could be on the side.

I stopped getting appliance or large items from Amazon because I could not get one that had been previously returned. So, I tried Walmart this weekend, and what do you know the same thing. This item was previously returned. The box was all taped up, the information was missing from the box and the item was clearly tried. I am sick of this.
