The mfg company sent a nice email to offer their assistance if I didn't like the product.  No complaints at all concerning the splash block.

Gutter Downspout Garden Splash Block

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are okay splash guards.  They're made out of pretty thin material so be careful not to run them over with the lawnmower.  They get the job done for moving downspout water away from the foundation, however.  There are holes at the front end of the splash guard for anchors but no anchors were included with the guards.  I think a big spike would probably do the trick but it would be better if something had been included in the package.  I think a stiff wind would probably blow these all over the place.
