simple mistake and really of no concern to me but NO RIVETS  it is a welded on handle.   It was only a hope but... I had hope I might be able to stack one pot inside the other    You know...safe a little space.  No such luck.    Not a problem but ...if you have similar hopes      Sorry    But still very nice stainless steel pot made in China

These handles are not riveted on.  I will be sending this back.  VERY disappointed since that is specifically what I was looking for.  It says in the description they are riveted.
