Love these file boxes. lid stays up when they are open - they do not just drop down behind.  I now have eight. I also lovve the strong handles, making them easy to move around. They will also stack if necessary. Small drawer i n lid is great for lsbels, pens, staples, etc.

This is a great product. The only problem I have is that the latch snapped off. It would be great if the company had a link to replacement parts for their products. I do recommend if it is heavy, not to pick it up by the handle. That is how my latch broke.

This file box is exactly what I need for the few things I still keep in paper form.  We recently ditched our large file cabinet and digitized most of what was in it.  

Pros: 

I like how the entire top area is designed to store essentials (pens, clips, scissors, etc). The other portable file boxes I considered don't have nearly as much space in the lid for this. 

The latch to close the box and the handle to pick up the box are both solid and sturdy.  I can pick this box up one handed, by the handle, full of files and paper, and carry it with confidence (i.e. it does not feel like the latch or handle will give way....causing the bottom of the box to fall out and your files and papers ending up all over the floor due to handle or latch failure - - yes I've had this happen with other file box brands). 

The only Con I can find is with the hinges.  The box I purchased didn't come with the little buttons or plugs that are needed to keep the lid secured to the box.  Anyone know where I can find these? Or do I need to buy a whole other box?

I bought this a month ago to carry all the paperwork for my father's Estate. When the hinge cap fell out, I didn't know what is was. When I realized what is was I didn't know where it was. So I came on this website and found how to get a replacement.

I love this file box. I have 2. I may get another.

I bought the box because it seemed perfect for fransferring a small number of files from place to place.  

The hinge on the latch failed after about a year-and-a-half, rendering the box worthless for its intended function.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered the 12 pack plus one 4 pack… 5 were damaged was told if i wanted a refund for the 5th item id have to return all 12 from the package!! Absolutely ridiculous! Complete scam two were warped, two were broken, and one had NO HANDLE!

I bought these in December 2016.  I did not open the box right away.  When I did open the box I did not take them all out of the box at once.  I did take two out to use and discovered one was broken.  The lid popped off and the closure latch came off.  I thought I could fix it but I could not locate the little black caps that keep the lid from coming off.  The one I just got out today, May 13, 2017, the latch popped off and it cannot be repaired because a piece of the plastic broke off that holds the latch.  So two out of the four are broke and not usable.  Very unhappy with this purchase.  Would not purchase again.
