Nice light and fan. I'm enjoying the remote. It was reasonably priced so I might purchase another one for another room. Light dimmer works well. Bigger cost was for hiring an electrician to install it, but it didn't look too complicated and took about 1 and 1/2 hours.

We have just started using the fan but so far love it.  The remote control is great since we could not attach to a switch.  Excellent value for the money

This fan is great, remote works perfectly. Don't listen to negative reviews-I'm glad I didn't. Just follow directions and have some common sense and you'll love it. And the price is right!! Mine is connected to a light switch so when u want to turn on or off you simply hit the switch and it goes back to previous setting then u can adjust with the remote and also can turn off with remote. I don't know why I waited so long to get one of these. Also this is very quiet I don't notice any noise as mentioned in other reviews-maybe they didn't install correctly I dunno but I love it.

Love it , no Damage and it works great

Some of the reviews made it sound like this was the easiest fan ever to put up. Some even said it only took them about 20-30 minutes. Not even close, it took close to 2 hours to install. And this is coming from someone who has put up dozens of ceiling fans.  Plus to top it off one of the blades was broken. It still works but it doesn't look good.
