We recieved this unit today.  The only assembly was to screw the wheels in.  Unfolding and folding action was smooth.  the top shelf swings up and over since its connected on one side.  the total weight limit of this unit is 75 pounds.  It's heavy for the ups driver and the box is flat and tall since the unit is pre assembled.  We bought this to empty a room a little bit at a time by.  when done it will be in the washroom.

This was awesome.  It folds out from the center to get it upright.  Boy, did I need one of these.

Organizational unit

I had to give this a three as there was a small dent on the frame.  As far as the product, it is great.  Assembles in seconds.  I have all my decorations on it and it is in the cellar.  It is sturdy and one an attach it to the wall if wants more stability.
