We got this for our granddaughter. It brought back memories of sledding when we were young. The sled is still made very sturdy as it was many years ago.

We were even able to fit a 3rd child on it as well. The only thing I wish is that it had handles to hold onto the sides. Other than that, super happy with it.

As we have not had our first snow yet, we haven't taken it out.  It will be so much fun to ride it as it will be a lot smoother with the metal runners in comparison to the cheap plastic ones we have always used.

I'm 74 years  old and this sled takes me back to a time when there was pride taken in producing a great product.
I'm looking forward to watching my grandkids (and great grandkids) having a blast with this sled. It's well build and should last through many winters.

My kids (16 and 11) thought their plastic sleds would perform better but in a race down our sled hill, the classic design won. I'll take an old school wooden/metal sled over a plastic one anyday!

A classic design that never gets old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had one of these in YEARS! I have family that loves to sled. I'm at the age of I could have grandkids one year soon. Mainly I jumped on it for my daughter lol Since it's an El Niño year snow has been scarce here in southern Illinois so we can't try it out yet. If anything I can use it for a decorative to the porch. I gave it 4 stars because it doesn't seem allllll the sturdy for weight bearing. Nonetheless super excited for this opportunity!
