nice yoga mat. very comfy for exercises and easy on the ol' knees. the blue color calms me whilst i sweat. the velcro strap makes it nice to store in the closet. thank you, BalanceFrom!

We ordered two yoga mats for my husband and I to use in a strength and conditioning class. We liked them right from the start. The 70 inch added length allows for full body placement on the mat. The half inch thickness provides added cushion on the linoleum workout floor. We found the horizontal textured lines on the mat provided better grip for our shoes when our knees were bent.  We use the knee pad rolled up and placed under our necks for added support.  Both the mat and the knee pad roll up nicely into the Velcro carry strap that makes transport a breeze.  The 2 year warranty backs the duration of the mat quality.  We highly recommend this product!

Excellent mat with desirable add ons

I am very pleased with this yoga mat with its thick padding and it provides great support for my body when I use it for my various exercises.  The knee pad also comes in handy for some of the exercises that involve my knees.  The carrying strap makes the yoga mat easy to store when not in use.  Finally, the pricing for this yoga mat set was very competitive and high quality so I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good yoga mat.

Very thick and comfortable yoga mat

I have only hardwood floors, so I decided to get a mat for when I do exercise and pilates. I really wanted to find something that was thick and durable. I ordered the 1/2 inch with the extra high density in blue, and it's exactly what I wanted! When I use the mat, it feels super comfortable and it helps my body relax which is helpful for stretches or exercising. The strap slides over each end of the rolled up mat to make it easy to carry. A nicer version might include buckles for the straps so it's easier to put on the mat when putting it away, but that is simply a user preference. The performance of the mat is exactly what I hoped for and it makes it much easier on my body with the comfy foam as opposed to my hardwood floors.

Super thick and comfortable, great joint support

Its nice have the knee pad so much more comfortable to do physical therapy. the carrying strap makes it so easy to put away and move around or take with me when I go somewhere

I wasn't sure if 1/2" would be enough cushion for my knees but it is! The small piece is handy to do exercises elsewhere too. I was also glad that it didn't smell or seem to offgas chemicals like some.

Comfy and no smell

This mat is great! Just what I was looking for! Love the color and that it came with an extra pad for my knees! Definitely would recommend this product! The carrying strap is a great also!

Just what I was looking for!

Thick and comfortable and the knee mat is nice for extra softness. I've used for a couple weeks and it is already starting to show signs of wear so I'm not sure how well its going  to hold up but the price was very affordable compared to other mats of same thickness. My only complaint is that I ordered purple and got black but after waiting almost 4 weeks I wasnt going to return it.

Nice soft mat

I like this matt. It does not tear easy and is comfortable for a person like me with a sore tail bone. the extra knee pad helps a lot. I would by it again.

I am returning this mat and knee pad combo because the foam continues to have a TERRIBLE smell.  I partially uncoiled the mat and stood it on end. The smell filled the room. I moved the uncoiled mat to the garage for 3 days and the garage now smells. The smell remains on my skin after washing my hands and the offensive smell lingers on clothing. It is too bad the smell outweighs keeping what otherwise appears to be a well cushioned thick mat.
