Hello, very comfortable chair, several functions, arrives in pieces, requires a little skill, to lift the leg panel, you have to pull a handle with a rope quite hard, a handle in the side would have been preferable.  Am very satisfied with my purchase   Denis,  Montréal south shore

The chair arrived on time and was easy to assemble. The directions were easy to follow. It is the right color and fits my room.

The chair is low making it difficult to get up out of it. Difficult for seniors.

Mobility

Not at all what we wanted and the fact that it can't be returned means I will never buy from this seller again.  Its cheaply made, doesn't have the recline we wanted (electric) and a comparable product on Amazon has all of that.  Really disappointed.

Don't Buy This.

Chair was difficult to assemble and way too small!!!  Returning it has been a nightmare!!! I thought I was ordering this from Walmart Canada, but it turns out it was a third party seller on the Walmart Canada website. I do not recommend this chair or this seller.

Nightmare!!!

Not worth the money, you can't feel the heat very much, the vibrating/massage is very noisy and barely does anything, the cost compared to quality isn't there. Have to assemble it yourself which only takes 25 minutes but it is of very low quality. There is much better quality chairs around for the same or less money

Be cautious
