So far it's great, once the rain stops we'll add the top and sides, frame is very sturdy pretty simple to assemble with a friend or 2, mounts to the house so it isn't going to blow away or collapse at all, definitely don't add the top and sides if you'll have rain wind or snow as it's not going to last, taking the tops and sides off it's really easily done by 1 person I'm 5'6" 150lb woman and I took the top off no problem.. would definitely recommend if your looking for a nice large area to sit in and relax with family/friends.

The package came damaged. Two metals parts were damaged. Company was great to deal with, sent replacement parts. Received quickly. Was a little difficult to figure out how to put together, only some pics for directions with no explanations. DO NEED MORE THAN 2 OR 3 PEOPLE FOR ASSEMBLY. Am very pleased with product and price.

Great coverage

The roof canvas was ripped where the Velcro straps are unfortunately.. I put some tape on it but it's not holding very well :( not very happy with the purchase because of it

The fabric is too thin and only less than two weeks since assembly the fabric is greying and there is strain at the velcros it is terrible instructions and the unit cannot withstand even a mild breeze without damage
