The bike is very well-built, sturdy & attractive.  We took a look at a few other makes & found the Costway bikes to be of much higher quality.  We have two 4 yr old grandsons.  We bought a red  16" bike for one grandson at Christmas & he loves it!  So, we just bought a blue 16" bike for the other grandson's birthday.  We highly recommend this product!

Excellent starter bike with training wheels

I like this product for my 4.5 year old son he liked this too but the only think was really difficult the adjustment of breaks that are still not working.other than that it was good.

Great Bike!

Would've received higher rating but the back wheel came in popped. Not great when giving it as a Christmas/birthday gift.

Popped tire

The bike is good overall however, the bike was packaged poorly. No styrofoam type material to hold the bike in one spot in the box. Because of this the bike was a bit scratched up, probably from travel/delivery. Overall a great bike for kids!!!

Bike instructions weren't clear, so I had to watch a YouTube video of a similar bike to know how to build this one. Assembly wasn't too hard as long as you have extra tools. The bike is sturdy, but it's too big for my 5 year old. It's great for kids age 7 .

Works for age 7

Bought this for my 4 year old son for Christmas. There was no instructions on how to set the brakes up - which is obviously the most important part of ensuring safety of the bike. The assembly says it's simple, but is very difficult especially having to figure out how to assemble the brakes.

No instructions

The bike was a nice looking bike. BUT.... It came defective. The front of the bike frame was warped %26 the front wheel was tilted. Nothing I could do to fix it. It was an easter gift for my son, so I was kinda disappointed. I liked that it had the mud gaurds on the wheels %26 my son liked the basket %26 bell. It was the blue %26 white prorider.

No directions included!  I finally got it put together but brakes were extremely difficult.  They had obviously not been preset to fit once wheel went on.

Nice bike but a bear to assemble w/ no manual

The first time my grandson got on the bike to ride it the chain snapped in half. Now we are stuck trying to find someone to repair it. Would not recommend this bike.
