THEE best eyeliner I've come across in ages. I've been using L'oreal(sic), Amay and Neutrogena eyeliners because I couldn't settle on one I really like. Either they've too hard to remove, run or wear off easy, but this one is a keeper. Love the easy application, but stays put. Easy to remove. The richness of the colors really stands out.

This eyeliner is a nice warm brown. The ad gave me the impression that it might be a little too red, but the reviews convinced me to take a chance. They were all correct. This is a really lovely color,kind of like milk chocolate. Walmart is offering a cash rebate for a couple dollars, so it's a great deal.

I'm in my early 40s and have literally been using this liner since I was in my early teens. Applies smooth and stays on all day. Only complaint is sometimes the covers for both ends breaks, but that's probably due to being put in and out of a makeup bag. Will always stick with this classic!

Classic product, have used for years!

I have nothing really to say about the eye liner.  The product was exactly like I expected and wanted.  I've use this brand many times and I really like the fact that you don't have to sharpen the pencil, you simply just roll it up a tiny bit as you use it.  The ones you must sharpen are horrible.

Perfect Point Eyeliner is PERFECT

This is a 10/10 one of my favorite makeup items from walmart. the exact color is amazing and it applies extremely well. i've been using this for about 4 years now daily and it's one of my favorite walmart purchases. i would rate this a 10/10 it's one of the most amazing makeup items from walmart! i definitely 10 out of 10 recommend for its quality.

I've been using this product for years. I especially love the expresso shade. Very easy to apply as it glides on smoothly. The only thing about this eye liner is it tends to always smudge underneath my eyes, even though I only apply on the top eyelid.

Very good eyeliner.

This is my favorite kind and color ever. 20  year user here. Problem with online is by the time they throw it into the box, box into the bin, bin into the truck, truck into the conveyor belt, belt to another truck or 7 then onto my porch or mailbox, it's broken inside and you get little chunks on your eyelids while putting it on. Walmart package your crap better!  Or just buy it in the store.

I've tried nearly every brand of eyeliner Walmart carries and several from brands online and still haven't found that one go-to dark brown eyeliner. With this one, the color was right, and i liked the smoothness.It glided  without any color skipping, but I need all day color and this one had no staying power.  Within a hr, it was gone but I gave it to my friend. she wanted its because its creates the same size precision line she uses on her eyebrows.

wears off too easily

I got this. Eyeliner for. My waterline. It doesn't show up at. All. It's like hard waxy, and just does absolutely nothing z even. When I tried to put it on my wrist and draw a line. It just doesn't show up. Waste of money.

The color does not go on easily.  It is too hard to spread a line.  I'm in the process of trying to get a refund,
