I use the weights in combo with an incline slide rower set to 30 degrees without the Herculean rower arms. Low impact focused on core. Great for those getting back into shape.

Little weight set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to assemble but a flathead screwdriver came with it, so I used my own phillips screwdriver.
Perfect sizes but is not labeled in pounds…so I’ll use a marker to label them.

Just what I needed for PT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this mainly for the un fit and disabled in our home. great for physical therapy, building lean muscle mass in elderly and for beginner  muscle strengthening. Everyone agrees they are much easier to hold on to than metal and that it adresses all issues I just mentioned. Not to mention comes with its own weight stand and all the tools to put it together which took me less than 5 minutes and was super easy.  Us gals use it mostly and we all likevthese weights and appreciate the small poster showing many basic excercises to do and the proper form. W all hope our new weights turn into a daily routine and it stays that way. Feeling stronger already!

Exactly what I was looking for!  Low profile, compact, comfortable neoprene.  The stand is very lightweight, easy to set up and seems to do the job well.

Good Weight Set

Even though they are in Kg, still nice weights for restarting training. Colorful and easy to handle. Nice to have a stand so they aren't just laying around on the floor.

Good for at home exercise

But the stand isn't.  It's not bad, but it's a little too tight. You have to move the top weights to put the middle on the stand and move the middle weights to put the bottom weights in.

Really like but one dumbbell was missing. only recieved 5 out of 6
