Cool Orange Thang

These serve pretty much all my needs. They stay charged for a long time and can be comfortably worn for long periods of time. They connect easily and I havent had any connectivity issues since purchasing them.

Powerful

Okay so i was skeptical about the product due to the reviews i read and watched. People were saying they were overhyped and the price doesn’t match the quality of the product but after two days of  using them i gotta say… they are worth it. I’ve been using Beats for years now %26 was almost convinced to switch to Apple . Nah man. Only catch is changing the earphone gummy size. I sized up and the noise cancellation is to its full capacity. I don’t regret this purchase. Recommend them.

Long term investment

I gave these buds a 4 because of how difficult it is for me to press the buttons to change the volume. I miss the touch control features of my previous brands. Unfortunately, the hooks on the 4 other brands I had broke in less than a year. The hooks on this pair are stronger, but at twice the price, hopefully they will last!  The sound is great even though there is no eq app to tailor the sound, but I'm happy with it as it is. I give the sound 5 stars!

4 stars for comfort/ease of use and 5 for sound.

If you do not follow things, as I don't, this is an Apple product. One of my earphones just stopped working and apple wants me to either drive over an hour or send in the earphones for repair, at a cost, while I still have warranty left. Had I known Apple owned this product I never would have purchased it as they always give you the run around when trying to get your product replaced, as the warranty claims it will do. So, if you buy these and they break, best of luck to you in getting a replacement pair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had high hopes for these but there are some definitive flaws that are worth mentioning: the fit of the top of the earbuds is not the most comfortable - they rub on my ears and cause discomfort with time; the quality of the audio is not the best, the sound felt muted and not as loud as in any other earbuds I've used before. On the positive, these earbuds hold a charge really well, and the transparency mode worked well for my walks outside. For how much these are being sold for, they left much to be desired.

They are great for not falling out of your ears like the previous beats but the way they fit really make your ear sore. I love the quality and sound. I just wish they could get the fit right.. I was very excited when I saw these. I also love the colors...but they really hurt after a while.

Great sound Bad fit

The sound quality for music and calls were great. However, the noise cancellation was terrible. It did not block out much sounds. The wireless charging case also made a buzzing sound while it was charging wirelessly. This complaint was echoed by multiple customers based on my research and there was no fix reported for it by beats or Apple.

Spent the extra money because these were advertised as having a heart rate monitor.  They do, but you can't use it at the same time as the earphones. Absolutely ridiculous. Would have returned except I had already used.
