My husband put it together by himself took about 2-3 hrs... is poorly made as all the holes dont match up, my husband had to drill new holes for the entire gazebo... A metal piece missing from the top, this is where the very top connects... He had to put a piece of metal there to make it work....  Make sure you secure it down or will blow away!!! Save your money toward a hard top gazebo!!

We got it delivered Monday finished getting it set up Tuesday and Wednesday when I got off of work it was completely destroyed by wind Im guessing we had I steaked in the ground and even had cinder blocks on the frame for extra support... when we found it every piece of metal was either bent or snapped in half, luckily someone tied our dog cable to it so it could not blow further and cause further damage to anything else, I was in tears because we hadnt even had it assembled for 24 hours before this happened and Im simply just out the money that I paid, it was beautiful while assembled for that extremely short period of time. But as we were cleaning up I can see that even if we would have taken more extreme measures to make sure it wouldnt move (even though we used cinder blocks) the metal still would have bent and snapped. Im devastated but grateful nothing else of ours was damaged from it.

Destroyed in less than 24 hours!!!!

The gazebo was missing some of the necessary screws to put it together, the top decorative piece was not designed/constructed in a way that can be screwed in and thus allows water to leak through the top. One of the metal bars was not put together properly so the holes don't line up and you cannot screw the pieces together as intended. Overall we are keeping the gazebo despite it's flaws because it is more work to take apart and return. We don't expect it to last more then two years but purchased on sale so it will suffice.

Poorly Made

Boards are cracked throughout. Terrible qualify. Returning it immediately

There is a defective part. One of the corner top brackets that supports the canopy rails. Obviously cannot assemble.
My bad as I purchased in November and  was just able to attempt set up today, July 4. $250 down the drain.
Also several of the finials were broken off and some of the nuts do not  fit the bolts.

Defective part makes it impossible to assemble

Would not recommend. Everything fell apart before we could even finish building it.  So disappointing.

Came broken and the canopy top was missing a groomet so it will rip.  Very cheaply made do not buy this product.

The item arrived with parts that were broken. The weld had separated on several pieces and can't be put together. Took it back to our local store after buying online and was told we couldn't return it at the store because it was over $250. Called the customer service number and they can't find my purchase/order number or Walmart account. Absolutely nightmare.

Not worth the $$

Purchased the wrong size, sent it back, the COMPANY charges $47.37 to have the item picked up by FEDEX. The item cost $305 dollars. This company decides instead of sending $257.63 they only refunded me 203 dollars, then decides instead of say okay my apology we will do just that, they want to send emails back and fourth of none sense and REFUSE to refund me my correct refund. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM WALMART and even if this company is selling on other sites I will not buy. They are terrible and steal peoples money. And Walmart does nothing about it.

They are a bunch a thieves.
