All 4 boxes arrived together within 3 business days. Assembly instructions were complete and clear. Shipping was free. I am very happy with the quality of the furniture and the service.

We love our new patio furniture, and it was fairly easy to assemble. However I wish the pieces were also labeled especially the hardware
 and shipping was not all together. A box arrived every few days.( four boxes)

Love it.

The delivery was very fast.  I found the instructions a little vague but was Blessed to have a friend drop by and finish the assembly.  I am very happy with my set.

Love my new set.

This is a good quality sofa set.  The highlights are the recliner chairs which function beautifully.  The only issue I had were the assembly directions which are not as clear as they could be for a couple of the steps.

Furniture arrived on time, well packaged and all pieces included. Happy with product. Instructions included but  could have been better detailed.

Great Customer Service

This is a really nice set. The seat cushions are quite thin and could be thicker for comfort. 
It would have been quite easy to put together but all the screws came in one bag. If they had come labelled in separate bags and you could have matched  them with the  letters that were in the instructions it would have been nice. The screws mostly all look the same. It would have been nice to be sure you were putting the correct screws in the right places.
