Very belle chaise longue, comfortable, the cushion could have been a little thicker. Relatively easy to assemble - except for the wheels, the tool provided was not up to the task.

Comfortable chaise lounge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These chairs look fantastic but they were a pain to put together. Honestly, it took about three hours for two chairs. It has a lot of screws and I didn't think the instructions were that clear. Also, they are extremely low to the ground, so if you have older people who want to use them, I wouldn't recommend these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wheel bolts did not fit—had to replace and improvise; and the assembly instructions were ultimately worthless. But the product is fine, sturdy, and worth a little extra effort.

Good product, overall.

The chair is of much better quality than I was anticipating. Very heavy, and really stylish. My only complaint was there were no assembly instructions in the box. What should have taken me about 30 minutes to put together with instructions ended up taking two hours due to having to guess which size bolt to use.  To say the least, I didn't always guessed correctly., grrrrr. Still I am happy with my purchase after the initial frustration I think I'm going to be very happy with my new lounger..

No assembly instructions

Patio set came in three boxes. Assembly instructions had no words, just pictures showing two pieces that are to be put together. The pieces were shown as letters, ie. "J" attached to "M". Only one piece actually had a letter sticker on it so it was difficult to distinguish the pieces. It took two of us over two hours to assemble. Each section is independent and there is no way to secure pieces together, so they slide easily. Seat cushion do secure to the bench with attached Velcro tabs but back cushions do not and continuously fall over. The sectional is attractive when put together and the included table looks good with the black glass top.
